I LOVE a great sale! And I love Limited Edition/ Special Discontinued

My heart cannot take anymore excitement!

Yesterday was the announcement that from the months of May- July, all consultants in Europe have a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Cancun Mexico.

This morning, I have found that Scentsy have brought back a few very old wax bars in scents that were discontinued. Some of them I have not seen since the first catalog 3 years ago. Then the put them up to 40% off!

I'm going to talk through the ones you really don't want to miss a chance to grab before they are gone. These are MY favourites that I thought I would die if I ever saw/smelled them again. (Seriously, it's like finding an old pair of earrings that you thought you'd never see again and they were your favourite pair!) Have a look in the closeout here.

First up is Flutter Scentsy wax bar: Delicate orange blossoms and whipped almond cream float above a bed of bright lemon verbena.

I love this one and I really regretted that I didn't actually "discover" it amidst all the scents until it was discontinued. I had 1 bar of it left that I really made last. It's a sweet one, but it doesn't get bogged down with heaviness because the citrus elements make it feel light and er... fluttery? It is definitely a very spring-like scent and very feminine without being girlie. I mean it's delicate and feminine, but not so pink and sparkly that your head might explode. It's subtle. It's a favourite of all time.

Next up is Lucky in Love : Sweet bouquet of mandarin, bergamot, and orange with hints of peaches and berries. This is my all time, hands-down favourite. This is the only bar that I seriously considered hoarding. It's almost a dupe of Victoria's Secret Love Spell. It's again is a bit on the sweeter side, but it remains light and it has the air of sophistication. It's like a high end department store body lotion that you never want to run out as you fear you'll never find anything that smells so good again.

Then we come to My Wish: A confection of earthy fig, sweet violet, and playful marshmallow will have you wishing for more. I have a confession. I have a real "thing" for fig. I like it sweet, I like it earthy, I like it in a box and I like it with a fox. This fig is very marshmallowy. It is sweet and it is heavy and it does last for yonks. If you like sweet that may rot your teeth, yet has the violet to make it not too childish or if you are such a fig lover, like me. This one is a must try. I actually have a perfume stick in this fragrance and it gets comments every time I wear it.

I'm going to shock you with my next pick, Route 66: A windswept drive in a convertible — an exhilarating breeze of citrus, herbs, and musk. This was so popular I do not know how it was discontinued. It's fresh cut grass scent without being too harsh and making you sneeze! It's like the promise of fresh cut grass but it's been mellowed with the grown-up bergamot. I adore this fragrance for anyone who does not like vanilla. Most all Scentsy wax, and all scented products for that matter, have vanilla base notes somewhere in them. This bar does not have any. It is all fresh and if Flutter is spring in a bar, then Route 66 is pure SUMMER.

The last pick (though could go through them all!) is another one that may surprise you. Honey Do!: Lush, ripe honeydew melon and cantaloupe, and a hint of garden mint. This one is and isn't what you are thinking. Yes, it is very melony, but it is not sickly sweet. Instead it's like picking up a melon and smelling the outside of it in the grocery store. It's so fresh. I do not love floral scents or I have to be choosy so a lot of the clean linen type smells are lost on me. However, when I do fresh this is how I do it. It smells very clean without having that affiliation with a cleaning product. It's a very old scent from the first catalog and never to be seen again, until now. I had people asking me for this scent after it was gone for a very long time. They are going to be happy bunnies now!

I could go on and review them all! I love Wishing Well as it smells like "rich people's houses" to me.
Rio Beach is a real crowd pleaser as it's fresh and lovely coconut;
Black Ruby is a lovely autumn, mulled wine scent;
Be Still is a lovely chilled out lilac and lavender that is saved by some citrus from making it too grandmotherly;
Cocoa Clementine is like a chocolate orange. Just like you unwrapped one;
Eastern Treasures is a pure incense and heady rose scent that's really good if you love those really deep fragrances;
Echo is like walking into Grandpa's office. It's that older man leather and wood and tobacco scent, so comforting;
Embers is very deep again but it's like sitting in front of a cozy fire. I don't know how else to explain because it's just like that!
There are more and more, but those are the best cream of the crop or the very oldest ones. As always you can purchase from me directly by contacting me or go straight to my website.

xxKaren
